Built for the Way Your Facility Runs
Manufacturing Plants
Heavy machinery creates large, inflexible demand spikes. A high-cycle LFP system shaves those peaks, holds critical processes through brief outages, and runs 24/7 with aggressive cycling. See which industrial storage suits factories.
Solar + Storage Projects
Pair storage with on-site PV to capture surplus generation, push self-consumption higher, and deliver firm, dispatchable power instead of selling solar back at low export rates.

FAQ
Planning a C&I Storage Project?
Q: What size BESS does my facility need?
A: It depends on your peak demand (kW) and how many hours of shifting or backup you want. As a rule of thumb: commercial buildings and small plants fit a 60–261 kWh cabinet; industrial parks use 500 kWh–1 MWh cabinet clusters; large factories and microgrids run 1–5 MWh containers. Send us a recent utility bill and we'll size it precisely.
Q: How does peak shaving lower my electricity bill?
A: The system discharges during your highest-demand moments so the grid never registers your full spike. Because commercial tariffs charge for peak kW - not just total kWh - trimming those peaks directly reduces the demand-charge portion of your bill while load remains uninterrupted. Load shifting can stack additional savings on top.
Q: Can it integrate with my existing solar PV?
A: Yes. All Polinovel C&I systems support grid-tied, off-grid and hybrid solar operation. The BMS and EMS coordinate solar, storage and grid so surplus PV is stored for self-consumption instead of being exported at low rates.
Q: Are the systems certified for commercial installation?
A: Our C&I BESS is built to IEC, CE and UN38.3 standards, with advanced battery management, fire and thermal protection. Tell us your destination market and we'll confirm the certifications your project requires - here's why certification matters for permitting, insurance and incentives.
Q: Do you offer turnkey delivery and OEM customization?
A: Yes. Polinovel manages the full lifecycle - design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning - and customizes containerized, cabinet or clustered configurations to your site constraints. OEM and white-label options are available for EPCs and integrators.
